What is a “Remote” Display?
RON Crane Scales & Dynamometers come in a variety of “remote displays”.  A remote display is a display that is not part of the load cell, but is either a wireless, removable or a display that is not a built in part of the load cell itself.RON Crane Scales & Dynamometers has a large variety of remote displays available.  All of the Ron Crane Scales & Dynamometers are digital, 5 digit displays.  The differences in the models of the Ron Crane Scales & Dynamometers are the various types of displays that are available to meet all your applications.RON Crane Scales & Dynamometers are available in a ½” ABS plastic hand held, 5 digit LCD display (standard in the wireless RON 2501 or the wired RON 2000 models).  The wireless RON 2501 crane scale & dynamometer can also be supplied with a 1” aluminum wireless 5 digit LCD display instead of the ½” ABS plastic display (standard) for a nominal charge.

RON 2125 shackle or hook crane scale & dynamometers are supplied with a robust 1” aluminum hand held 5 digit LCD display.  In capacities of a ½ ton up to 12 ½ ton crane scales or dynamometers, this 1” aluminum display can either be left attached to the load cell with a short extension cable or removed and held in the users hand with a longer extension cable.  Capacities above 12.5 tons can not have the display attached to the load cell due to the amount of the distance that would be required to be safely see the remote digital display, away from the RON 2125 crane scale or dynamometer.

RON 2150 shackle or hook crane scale & dynamometers are supplied with a robust, large digital 2” aluminum 5 digit LCD display.  This model will allow you to either leave the 5 digit aluminum display attached to the load cell or removed and held in the users hand.
