Improving conditions for use of RON 2501 crane scales & dynamometers in high temperature environments?

There are several things that can improve the conditions when using the Wireless RON 2501 crane scales & dynamometers.When using the Wireless RON 2501 crane scales & dynamometers in high temperature environments, the greater the distance between the wireless RON 2501 crane scale or dynamometer from the heat source, the better.  In some cases, the wireless RON 2501 load cell can be installed above the crane hoist.  This increases the distance from the heat source and would allow the Wireless RON 2501 crane scale or dynamometer, which would allow it to be exposed to the heat source for a longer period of time.Whenever possible, the foundry ladle should be covered in order to decrease the ambient temperature and direct heat radiation to the Wireless RON 2501 crane scale or dynamometer.

Care should be taken that drops of molten metal spray from the ladle from hitting the fiber heat shield jacket covering the Wireless RON 2501 crane scale or dynamometer electronics on the load cell.  This will avoid damage to the Wireless RON 2501 crane scale or dynamometer fiber jacket which can affect it’s insulation properties.
